About Us
Booster Robotics was founded in 2023. We hope to promote productivity change by creating humanoid robot products and uniting global developers. Our early strategy is oriented towards scientific research and education scenarios.
Based on the team's all-round experience in robots, software, chips and commercialization, we will create software and hardware platforms such as humanoid robots, operating systems, and development tools to accelerate the implementation of embodied intelligence.
2023
Booster Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. was established
The company's founder and CEO Cheng Hao holds a bachelor's and master's degree from Tsinghua University. The core members of the team graduated from Tsinghua Robot Control Lab and Tsinghua Hapheastus RoboCup Team, and have 20 years of technical accumulation and talent reserves in the field of humanoid robots.
2024
Booster Robotics BR002 Robot Officially Unveiled
On April 24, Booster Robotics demonstrated new humanoid robot technology, completing the robot's turning and standing up, showing strong instantaneous driving force and body flexibility.
Booster T1 robot debuted at WRC2024
With its outstanding athletic ability and intelligent performance, Booster T1 perfectly demonstrated its technical strength in difficult movements such as kicking a ball, push-ups, and KungFu, and quickly became the focus of the entire WRC2024 audience and won widespread attention.
Booster Robotics completed tens of millions of dollars in Pre-A round financing.
This round of financing is jointly funded by Bian Era Technology, CMBC International, Zhongguancun Science City and iCANX Fund, followed by the old shareholder Innoangel Fund, and the funds will be mainly used to build general hardware and improve software development capabilities.
Booster Robotics Secured Two World Championships
At IEEE-RAS Humanoids 2024, held from November 22nd to 24th, 2024, in Nancy, France, Booster T1 claimed first place in both the Speed Competition and the Obstacle Avoidance & Door Opening Challenge, becoming the center of attention throughout the event.
Booster Robotics Became Official RoboCup Partner
The RoboCup Federation (RcF) has officially announced its partnership with Booster Robotics. This collaboration aims to advance high-quality embodied intelligence research and education, while enhancing the global visibility of both parties by promoting the participation of the company's humanoid robots in RoboCup competitions.

Booster T1 Appeared at NVIDIA Spring Reception
On January 19th, NVIDIA grandly hosted an Appreciation Spring Reception, bringing together numerous industry elites and cutting-edge technological achievements. As the only humanoid robot present at the event, Booster T1 instantly became the center of attention with its unique design and advanced technology, and received a signature from Jensen Huang.
Booster T1 Powered Tsinghua Hephaestus to the RoboCup German Open Title
At the 2025 RoboCup German Open, Tsinghua Hephaestus competed with Booster T1 robots and secured the Humanoid League AdultSize title with a 9–0 victory over Team Sweaty in the final.
Booster Robotics Completed Series A Funding
Humanoid robotics company Booster Robotics has today completed its Series A funding round. The round was led by Shenzhen Capital Group (SCGC), with Jinding Capital participating as a co-investor. Existing shareholders including Source Code Capital, Innoangel Fund, CMBC International and Bian Era Technology continued to reinvest. 100Summit Partners served as the long-term exclusive financial advisor. The funds will primarily be used for product iteration, upgrades, and scaled mass production delivery.
Booster Robotics Hosted Robot Soccer League
On June 28, Booster Robotics and Shangyicheng Group co-hosted the 2025 RoBoLeague Robot Soccer Finals. The tournament featured a 3v3 AI robot soccer format, with all teams developing and competing on the Booster T1 platform.
Booster Robotics Swept RoboCup Championship and Runner-up Titles
At RoboCup 2025 in Brazil, teams using Booster robots secured the top two places in both the AdultSize and KidSize divisions. Tsinghua Hephaestus and China Agricultural University's Mountain & Sea team finished first and second in AdultSize with Booster T1, while HTWK and Tsinghua TH-MOS achieved the same result in KidSize with Booster K1.

Booster Robotics Secured 2 Gold, 2 Silver, and 2 Bronze Medals
At the 2025 World Humanoid Robotics Games Federation, Booster T1 supported over forty global teams in competition, achieving a clean sweep of all medals in both the AI Robot Soccer 3v3 and 5v5 events, ultimately securing an outstanding result of 2 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze medals.
2025 Booster Robotics Ecosystem Summit
On October 24, 2025, Booster Robotics held its inaugural Ecosystem Summit. During the event, the company launched several key initiatives: the introductory embodied development platform Booster K1, the Booster Agents system, the "Launch Program" to support developers, and the "Hundred Cities, Ten Thousand Schools" initiative aimed at the education market.
Booster Robotics Surpassed 700 Global Deliveries
Booster Robotics surpassed 700 humanoid robot deliveries worldwide, serving more than 200 customers. More than half of all units were delivered internationally, further validating the company's scaled production and global fulfillment capabilities and marking a new stage in its commercial growth.

Inaugural Secondary School Humanoid Robot Soccer Tournament
The inaugural program progressed from training to formal competition. Booster Robotics supported curriculum development, training, and technical operations, with Booster K1 serving as the platform for instruction, practice, and competition.
Booster Robotics Raised Nearly $150M in Funding
Booster Robotics completed a financing round of nearly $150 million, jointly led by the Beijing High-Tech Industries Investment Fund, Jingguosheng Fund, and Huakong Fund, with multiple existing investors increasing their commitments. The funding will support the expansion of the company's global delivery network, R&D in embodied AI models and algorithms, and continued product development, accelerating delivery at scale and global expansion.
Embodied AI IDE Booster Studio Officially Launched
On June 30, Booster Robotics officially launched Booster Studio, an integrated development environment covering Agent development, Vibe Coding, simulation and debugging, and deployment to physical robots. The launch further strengthens the company's hardware-software ecosystem, spanning robotics platforms and development tools.
Booster-Powered Teams Defended Their RoboCup Titles
Booster-powered teams won three gold, two silver, and three bronze medals at RoboCup 2026, sweeping every bipedal humanoid division. Tsinghua Hephaestus, powered by Booster T1, successfully defended its Large division title, while teams using Booster K1 and Booster K1 Air won the Middle and Small divisions, respectively. A total of 38 teams competed using Booster robots.
Booster T2 Debuted at WAIC
On July 10, Booster Robotics launched Booster T2, its flagship embodied development platform. The Professional Edition is powered by NVIDIA Thor, delivering 2,070 TFLOPS of on-device compute. Together with Booster Studio, it supports a unified workflow spanning simulation training, algorithm development, and deployment on physical robots, further strengthening the company's hardware-software ecosystem for embodied AI developers.
